On a daily basis, Police Officers working in a variety of different capacities are tasked with the duty of performing various operational police tactics. These Police Officers need to have a working knowledge on how to perform these operational police tactics to better serve the community in which they work, for their own safety, and that of the people the officers are arresting.

Evaluation Methods:
Successful completion of the course requires the student to:

Students will display proficiency in the theory and practical application of containment.

Demonstrate a proper high-risk arrest utilizing proper voice commands and tactics.

Students will display the proper tactical movement in relation to a slow and deliberate clearing search.

Demonstrate a high-risk vehicle stop.
-
Explain why having a proper �Mental Mindset� is vital to Police Officers.

Students will use Reality-Based Training to aid in their critical decision-making, assisting in stress inoculation

Students will explain and demonstrate Simmunition safety.

30-40 Hours depending on class size.
